challenges her clients face and how to succeed in spite of them.
Liz served as CEO of Embodi

a large beverage company after establishing a unique competitive
advantage and achieving national retail distribution. Liz was
responsible for product development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and
finance for the company. Previously, she was Director of Marketing
and Business Development for Gaiam. She helped the company grow to over
$200 million in sales by pioneering Gaiam’s yoga and fitness products
with new consumer groups and distribution channels. Earlier in her
career, Liz led brand management for two e-business pioneers, Requisite
Technology and RealNetworks. Liz also led card member services at
Citicorp Diners Club as the youngest division leader in the company’s
