About

Liz Kramer Myslik, Founder

Liz Myslik helps companies build sustainable consumer brands. Her expertise is helping businesses connect with consumers through sound business strategy, marketing creativity, and sales execution. Liz founded The Zam Group to share the expertise she has gained over years of building brands to help clients achieve their goals and avoid common pitfalls along the way. Because she has launched, managed, and sold her own businesses, she understands firsthand the challenges her clients face and helps each one navigate their own path to success.

Liz served as CEO of Embodi Beverages, a venture-backed functional juice brand which was acquired by a large beverage company after establishing a unique competitive advantage and achieving national retail distribution. Liz was responsible for product development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and finance for the company. Previously, she was Director of Marketing and Business Development for Gaiam. She helped the company grow to over $200 million in sales by pioneering Gaiam’s yoga and fitness products with new consumer groups and distribution channels. Earlier in her career, Liz led brand management for two e-business pioneers, Requisite Technology and RealNetworks. Liz also led card member services at Citicorp Diners Club as the youngest division leader in the company’s history.

Liz has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with honors with a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She serves on the board of directors for the Women’s Health Foundation and on the board of advisors for English Retreads Eco-Fashion Company, Novaurora Skincare, Olomomo Nuts, and Oogave Beverages. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching yoga, running, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Liz lives in Denver with her husband Jason and son Brady.
